Warranty Terms and Conditions
WatchSpot Service Warranty (6 months/12 months/24 months)
-
The warranty coverage period is determined by the Service & Warranty card provided at the time of purchase. The coverage begins on the date of invoice issuance. To ensure validity, the card must be stamped, signed, and accompanied by a matching invoice activating the coverage period.
-
During the coverage period, any mechanical issues will be addressed. Please note that aesthetic parts such as the case, crystal, bracelet, buckles, or bezels are not covered by this warranty. Mechanical errors will be covered, provided they are not a result of misuse or damage to the watch.
-
The coverage will only remain active if the watch has not been opened, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized individuals during this period. Any intervention on the watch must receive prior approval from WatchSpot to maintain the warranty coverage.
-
Once activated by the client, WatchSpot will facilitate contact with the nearest and most efficient technician to assess and resolve any malfunction. If the issue cannot be repaired within 15 working days, a full refund will be provided.
-
This warranty covers water damage only if the watch has been tested and confirmed as waterproof. Otherwise, any water damage will immediately void the warranty coverage.
-
Our warranty card includes a summary of WatchSpot's previous intervention during the sale, along with watch data and sale information. This card must be presented to activate the warranty. Activation can be done via email to support@watch-spot.com, through our phone contacts, Chrono24/Catawiki Messenger, or in person at our premises.
-
Activating this warranty automatically grants a 25% discount on the next watch service after the coverage period.
-
WatchSpot reserves the right to add new condition features, which will be published on this page.
